**********************The links to the Catalogues in the Introduction below were not working in yesterday's newsletter - so for those who would like to see the pdf version of the catalogue, here is the newsletter again - with links working this time!********************** A Catalogue of World Diptera********************************************************************************************** We are pleased to present this Catalogue of World Diptera, which includes a selection of rare and collectable titles. Many of the works have come from the library of the British dipterist, John Bowden (1924-2012), who worked for many years in Africa, before joining the Entomology Department at Rothamsted Experimental Station, Harpenden. He became an expert on the world fauna of bee-flies (Bombyliidae), and his library reflects this interest. We hold over 700 diptera titles new works and scientific papers which can be browsed on our website or at our shop in Iver. You may also view a pdf version of this list here: Diptera Catalogue In addition to the works listed below, we have over 700 Diptera monographs and papers in stock which may be browsed here We send our specialist titles to customers in the UK and around the world. As Covid restrictions are lifting in the UK, we are delighted that our shop is once again open to visitors.
